Mystic Sand creates custom spaces defined by clarity, precision, proportion, and detail. Our interior and architectural design brings together contemporary expression and a sense of calm, shaped around the people who inhabit each space.
Each project begins with a clear vision. Material, light, function, and environment are considered together to create a cohesive whole, connecting interiors with their surroundings and the rhythms of everyday life.
We favor simple forms, natural materials, organic elements, thoughtful restraint, and innovation. Every decision is made with purpose and integrity, balancing beauty with comfort and lasting functionality.
Our work is guided by craftsmanship and artistry, with an uncompromising commitment to quality. From the overall composition to the smallest detail, we seek spaces that feel personal, refined, and enduring.
From spatial planning and custom cabinetry to lighting and furnishings, we develop each interior as a complete composition. Every detail supports the way the space is used, with materials chosen to age beautifully
We shape homes around their setting, considering how rooms connect, where light enters, and how views unfold. Spatial planning and building form are developed together, with particular attention to the transition between indoors and out.
Our love of plants informs landscapes designed to mature beautifully within their climate and setting. We bring planting and hardscape together through gardens, courtyards, and pathways that extend the home outdoors and invite daily connection with nature.
Designing a home is a personal undertaking. We take time to understand your priorities and offer clear guidance throughout the process, with care for your vision, budget, and timeline. Open conversation allows the design to evolve with you, and each decision to be made with confidence.
We accept a limited number of projects each year, allowing us to remain closely involved and give each home the attention it deserves.
